Do you have a particular playlist you listen to for your workout? If not, let's see your best attempts at creating one! I just made an hour playlist for myself full of high energy songs for tomorrow's workout ... here's my effort. I went for an aggressive, loud rock theme this time, I'm gonna do a more rap inspired one at some point too.

    Spoiler:
    Show

    1. Bawitdaba - Kid Rock
    2. Click Click Boom - Saliva
    3. A Warrior's Call - Volbeat
    4. Sinner - Drowning Pool
    5. Eyes Wired Shut - Edgewater
    6. Full Nelson - Limp Bizkit
    7. Ten Thousand Fists - Disturbed
    8. Professional Victim - Bullets and Octane
    9. Ugly - The Exies
    10. Twisted Transistor - Korn
    11. Diamond Eyes - Shinedown
    12. Crazy ***** - Buckcherry
    13. Always - Saliva
    14. Revolution Man - The Union Underground
    15. You're Going Down - Sick Puppies
    16. Headstrong (Die Krupps Remix) - Trapt
    17. Sound of Madness - Shinedown
    18. Break Stuff - Limp Bizkit

I always find it odd how different music gets me pumped on different days - at the moment I've been browsing some of the hour-long Future House playlists on Youtube, though I did have an Electro-D&B gym playlist a while ago that went as follows:

    Spoiler:
    Show
Kissy Sell Out - Essex Boy
Dirty South - Let It Go (Axwell Remix)
DJ Mehdi - Signatune (Thomas Bangalter Edit)
    Roman Flugel - Geht's Noch?
    Herve - Rikkalicious
    Fake Blood - Mars
Ou Est Le Swimming Pool - Dance The Way I Feel (Armand van Helden Remix)
Wolfgang Gartner - Illmerica (Loadstar Remix)
Danny Byrd & Zarif - California
    Netsky - Smile
    Wilkinson - Direction
    J Majik & Wickaman - Assassin
Foreign Beggars - Apex (Dirtyphonics Remix)
    Spor - Aztec
    DC Breaks - Picket Line
Skepta - So Alive (Shock One Remix)
    Breakage - Fighting Fire
    Delta Heavy - Space Time

I think it's better to listen to different music for each workout, otherwise you have a tendency to repeat workouts and plateau too easily, whether that's weight training or cardio.
