I am a graduate and I was thinking of tutoring. I am not looking at it as a full time job, but as something part-time to earn a bit of money .

I was hoping I could tutor GCSE level, in particular French as I have done this at degree level and feel confident enough in to teach it.

I am not sure how o go about it, I've tried looking at tutoring companies for jobs such as kumon, but that doesn't cover french and even if I was willing to tutor English or maths I can't find any position as all the info is about starting your own franchise. This is the same with a couple of other tutoring companies.

I saw that there are tutoring agencies, I would like to sign up to them. However there are a number of them, does anyone know which are good?

I was also thinking of advertising in my local paper. Is there any other places I could advertise?

If anyone has anyone has additional tips in general, please share .
