    Hi,

I was wondering who else applied for the Infection and Immunity 3+1 PhD course and heard anything about an interview? Still refreshing my email account every 5min and that has to stop .
Or does anyone know someone who got accepted last year and with what grades,...?
    Thanks

Me neither... Curious about the CV of the shortlisted people.
Since I had a first honour Bachelor, international master in infectious diseases (scholarship), summer school at the eth zurich, 5 internships, 2 publications, 2 posters, an exchange program in spain and my bachelor thesis written in a pharma company... well, also not good enough :blah:

Oh wow I feel bad now that I was complaining lol. Your CV is incredible. Really wonder what they are looking for if you didn't meet their requirements with all that experience. Where else have you applied?

When you say you weren't short listed did you receive a rejection email or just didn't receive an email saying you were short listed? I have to admit with an application like yours, then they most clearly must be taking post doctorates or pre-established scientists because there is no way you wouldn't have got an interview for this programme.

yes received an email, saying I am not shortlisted...
I can send you my CV if you want, its all true.
Maybe because I am an european (Austria), that I got not invited. Too bad, because that was my dream PhD...
Anyway can't change it anymore, thank god I had no problem getting into my second choice (ETH Zurich).

OH right well I applied and still haven't heard back about being short listed. I emailed them earlier today asking about the status of my application but haven't heard back yet. But I don't feel my application was better than yours however so it is likely they just forgot to email me about the rejection. I mean the interviews are meant to be on the 29th according to their website so its hear back today or likely never haha.
Ah well thats good you got the zurich one! i have an interview for cambridge so im hoping that goes well.
