I don't know whether you were referring to those grades as mocks or past exams - either way, I'd recommend getting on with revision and studying. I can't see why it'd be too late to get a good grade across your GCSEs, so really go for it. I think that some Sixth Forms require a B in a GCSE to study that subject at A-level, so ideally you'd be wanting to get at least a B in Biology and Chemistry, though it can't hurt to aim higher.

The A-levels are tough so you'll really have to start working hard now and continue to show an interest in the sciences (through lectures, literature, work experience etc). I have a friend studying Biomed who studied Maths, Chemistry and Biology so I suspect that'd be the route you want to go down as well. Oh, and ask your brother for tips for GCSE science.
