Burnley Crown Court was told how Atif Mushtaq (27), of Hendon Road. On two separate occasions, he made the girl perform a sex act on him.

Mr Joe Allman (prosecuting) told the court the pair had met when Mushtaq was driving past a shop in Nelson where the victim and her friend were talking to a man.

One night in September last year, a police patrol found Mushtaq’s car parked in Boston Street, Nelson, with the girl in the passenger seat, and arrested the defendant.

Details of the sex offences emerged in police interviews with the girl.
Miss Leila Ghaharry (defending) said Mushtaq, who admitted two counts of sexual activity with a child at the original hearing in October, should be given credit for his guilty plea.

He had been granted a professional boxing licence in 2012.

In passing sentence, Judge Beverley Lunt said Mushtaq had groomed the girl by taking her out and buying her cocaine, and had admitted in a statement he had wanted to have sex with her. Mushtaq was banned from working with young people for life.

This is exactly the reason why we need theocracy again. The re-design or church and state.

If this country were serious, pedophiles would receive life imprisonment. No questions. This animal, who not only sleeps with children but buys them cocaine would you believe, should not be allowed out on the streets again. Yet, he'll be out in 2 years.

Whoa, what does this have to do with the rest of the article?

More Jesus, more justice. Jesus was the greatest moralist of all time. He would have been classed as a 'Liberal' during his time. Yet, for some reason, Liberals discard Jesus. Probably because his faith is the most non-reactive, violent and outspoken.

Jesus failed to point out the immorality of slavery. His instruction to slave owners wasn't to free the slaves, but to not beat them too hard. Not moral enough. Progressive for his time sure, but we've moved beyond him.
