Basically, yesterday i asked my boyfriend to throw me my phone from the other side of the room, he missed my hands and the phone flew straight at my face and whacked me with its corner with in the eyebrow (d'oh).

At the time it was absolute agony and caused me to double over in pain, but after a while it subsided and was only sore to touch.

Anyway, i woke up today with a very swollen eyelid and bloodshot eye, it was watering like mad and my vision was blurry, I didn't think much of it then but it's not gotten any better over the course of the day and obviously the area where it hit me is still very sore and is raised.

I was just wondering if this was normal or if it sounds like there has been any more severe damage that I'm not aware of, I don't want to go to the doctor over nothing but it's worrying me.

I asked my mum, and she said it's impossible to get loss of vision from a trauma caused at the area you described.

    Suggestion: seek medical attention immediately

Please get medical advice immediately. This may be something serious.

Doctor time for you I think. While it could just be some swelling from where the phone hit you, it's your eyesight, go get it checked out.
