    Hey guys,

The only time i can really revise is at nigh times for some reason and over these past few months my body has adapted to 5 hours of sleep a day. I was wondering if this is healthy and if it has any bad effects on my health. So far I've been able to Cope like normal and it's helped me use my time more efficiently

I am the same, thus why I am up right now. I have to deal with it because I really just want to do well in my exams. I know its not healthy, I am not going to encourage anyone to do it either but it works for me and it helps me use my time efficiently also.

I'm the same- I'm up finishing some coursework for uni at the moment. I basically work this late because all my friends are asleep so I can't get distracted by people talking to me I get around 4-6 hours each night, although I do have trouble getting up in the morning.
