So, I have a phone interview for Victim Support to be an Initial Response Officer, basically speaking to victims of crime or witnesses of crime and directing them to the sort of help they need, I think it also involves a level of team management (managing the volunteers) and admin.
I would imagine it's a phone interview because good telephone skills are really important.
So, with all of that in mind, how should I prepare? What sort of questions might they ask and how should I come across?
I have never done a phone interview before and the last interview I went to this week I got rejected, so I am quite nervous.
Would you pay less for a humanities degree?
