There was a boy at school who I would consider trashy. It's not that slept around (which he did) but that he slept around with girls (including underage teens) and then bad mouthed them all afterwards, cheating on girlfriends ect. He was really big headed and a real dick. Other trashy behaviour from him inuded getting drunk and crapping on some random person's lawn, filming himself masturbating at 13 and having to discuss it with the headteacher because it got sent around school, and boasting about mum's porn videos. So a trashy boy is the same as a trashy girl- general lack of morals and stupid behaviour.
