It's pertaining to hair grease and car grease, not food grease.

I used to think the song said it has gruel it has meat in. And I was like why does hair gel have these in them?

Haha that is class. I must admit I thought the 'grease' they were putting in their hair was the grease you might scoop out of a grill or frying pan. So maybe having gruel and meat in wouldn't be so crazy.
