Red blood type spots on penis head

I've just noticed on the head of my penis on the left that some small blood almost type spots have appeared.

Last week, I was given a handjob/BJ for the first time and I fear that she may have stretched my foreskin too far down which has caused these little spots to appear.

They aren't raised in anyway and don't hurt, they just don't look good and have only appeared in the last few days.

Any idea what it could be?

maybe its a rash? try rubbing some cream on it, if it doesnt hurt and doesnt cause any alarm just leave it to recover is my advice!

I'll leave it for now because it isn't causing discomfort and i can masturbate as usual, it just worried me for a moment because of what happened last week.

Lol! I would so rep you if I hadn't spent my rep today. Mainly because somebody else is going to leave you a nice little neg saying 'bit harsh tbh' and not leave their name because they're terrified you'll neg them back.

Happens to me a lot.

Then at least you could balance it with some shiny green rep. PM me if someone does. I'll sort it *nods*

Since you have not engaged in sex of any kind you do not need to worry about the possibility of a sexually transmitted disease. The spots you describe sound like pearly papules, which are extremely common and are often confused with genital warts. Each papule looks like a tiny flesh coloured dome and they are usually located around the corona of the glans penis. The glans is that portion of the penis that is covered by the foreskin and the corona is the area just below the glans. In other words if we consider the glans to be the head of the penis the corona is the neck. The papules usually become visible when the penis is erect. Sometimes they may extend a little onto the glans penis. They cause no discomfort and generally persist throughout life although they may become less noticeable over time. They are innocent structures and do not require medical treatment. I would advise that you see your GP in order to have the diagnosis confirmed and you might consider printing off this reply so that you can bring it with you. Maybe it might break the ice and make the consultation a little easier for you.

If the girl had a coldsore then the coldsore virus could have transferred to your penis, resulting in Herpes.
Otherwise google is your friend.

I had the exact same thing a couple of weeks ago. They went away when I washed the head with warm water - I used to use shower gel when taking a shower and I think this caused irritation/rash. This may be the cause for you but there are probably other reasons why this happens.

I can't remember if I've had them before. Thing is, my foreskin doesn't go back very easily, it's slighty tight on the left and she was giving it some force and so I assumed it was something to do with that. At the time I didn't think about my foreskin getting jammed or anything, but I noticed them today.

I've got those spotty type things on the underside of the head though which sucks.

Do not squeeze them. I suspect that would hurt.

I don't squeeze the underside ones, but these aren't specfically raised spots, just little blood spots which are darker in colour on the head.

i can masturbate as usual

as long as you can do that its all ok
Had them in the past, didnt worry about them, dont hurt, dont interfere... just ignore it
The part where the piss, and sperm come out from... I got a red blood like spot there. Just one. When I open it up to see it , it’s on the side and it’s a red spot. It’s scaring me and I need to find out the cause. I’ve had bj aswell as sex but I felt uncomfortable for the past days before the blowjob. Till I saw it today properly and saw a red spot coming out ... isn’t big just small but scaring mE
I have recently noticed clusters of white coloured spots/marks on my foreskin they don’t cause me any pain but I’m worried they are spreading and could be a ISsue
12 years have passed so one can hope that OP is better now
