Just wondering, for Grammar school sixth forms in particular, does it matter if you say that you do not know what you want your future career to be? I mean I wont leave it at that, I will say 'I want it to be something science-related but im not sure exactly what right now'. Someone told me that for normal colleges that answer is fine since many people do not even end up following that career path but for grammar schools they look for people who know what they want as a career path. Is that true?

I don't think they do care as long as you have some thoughts and your A Level choices vaguely reflect those thoughts (so it would be a bit weird to say you're interested in something science-related if you've picked all arts!). If you're worried though, you could always just make something up and say you're interested in pharmacy or something. They won't have a lie detector!
