    Hi,

I have secured a graduate job interview next week, however the employer had not asked for any form of identity/evidence of being able to work in the UK, or evidence of exam results. They are a small firm, but I am surprised they haven't asked for any form of proof or evidence. Has anyone else found this? Is this usual with smaller companies?

    Thanks for the help!

    This is not unusual.

They may only ask for these documents when/if you given the offer.

Thanks for the advice. I intend to take the documents with me in case they ask for them on the day
