    I am looking to do some exercises at home since I cannot afford to go to a gym. I am fairly slim already but have noticed I've put some weight on my stomach over Christmas, just want to tone up again basically! Also would like to tone my legs too.

    Anyone have any idea of some exercises I could do??

    You could also look into workout programs. I enjoyed P90 when I went through it. It also came with a meal plan that I still use to this day. Hope this helps

    Look up blogilates on youtube! She's awesome ! and if you sign up to her newsletter she'll send you a workout calendar each month, =)

    First of all, forget the word tone

    Secondly, take up outdoor running/cycling or swimming

    Thirdly, planks and press ups
