    Recently I have really lost my appetite and barely eat which I know isn't good for me. And when I do eat I can barely finish a full meal without going off it or becoming really full.
    Does anyone know what this might be caused by?
    I'm sick of not wanting to eat!

    It's hard to say what's causing it, as there are a lot of reasons why someone might lose their appetite. Have you been particularly stressed recently?

    If you're struggling to finish a full meal because of feeling full, have you tried eating small but regular meals throughout the day rather than big main meals?
