I think I substitute game of thrones for a relationship.

Ok I know what you're probably thinking, wtf are you talking about but this is genuinely how I feel. I started watching game of thrones in either November or December last year I don't really remember but I finished it fairly quickly and became really obsessed with it. When I finished I started watching videos on the history of westeros and thought about game of thrones all the time when I was going out, falling asleep waking up doing homework. But at the same time I stopped feeling like I was desperate for a relationship, even friendships didn't phase me much and I learned to enjoy my own company.
Anyway sorry that's so long but I just wanted others opinions on this, I've kind of gotten over it but its because obsessed with the actor Ezra Miller now (which is worse because you can't indulge in the same way as a TV show) how do I curb my obsessive personality?

It just means you got really passionate about game of thrones that's all. It isn't unhealthy in the slightest, the only way to deal with it is by indulging in other great art forms and literature.

And trust me it is unhealthy. I'm sitting in class writing an essay and bran stark or tyrion lannister's faces will pop into my head. There was a time that everytime my alarm would wake me up I would picture tyrion lannisters face, now tell me that's not unhealthy. In class if someone makes any reference at all to anything slightly game of thrones related I just start replaying episodes in my head.

You're fine. You sound like a typical fangirl and there's plenty of them - not in the position to judge whether it's healthy or not given my own Harry Potter obsession but you're definitely not alone. No need to panic really.
If you're worried, wean yourself off it - force yourself to go out and socialise, turn off the broadband etc.
Or better yet, meet some people with the same interests as you - that way, your obsession gets a vent and you socialise at the same time.

Hope this helped in some way.

Well you have a great knack for memorisation at least, go read some classics or life guidance books which will help you throughout life.
