I graduated college in 2013 with a BTEC Nationals (extended diploma) I received a Distinction double merit (DMM), On UCAS, I have put instead DDM, I only found this out the other day when I was offered a conditional to Southampton Solent University, their pass grade is MMM (WOOO!!!)

I have informed UCAS, which they were nice to say, there's nothing to worry about, I rang the university to inform them and they said I would not lose my place.

I am worried all together still, What should I do next??

Seems like you've done everything right. Contacted UCAS and the university plus you achieved above the conditional mark anyway so I'm sure you'll be fine
