Drawing up conclusion? if

I am sure most of you are aware that to score full marks on the 10 mark question, you need to write a short essay discussing a statement (disagree and agree)

However, you also need to finalize the essay with a conclusion.
Do I just relate to the most important points again, or mention the effects caused by this statement therefore making it fair/unfair.

It would be great if you were kind enough to post an example.
