What happens where the doctors lose hope of consciousness and stops the treatemnt of person in coma? Does that mean they are liable for gross negligence?

Not if the person is in a Persistive vegitative state. If so then seen as an accepted practice to turn off life support. Also if they intended to switch it off then it can't be negligence.Last edited by notskeletor; 19-01-2015 at 14:50.
