I'm doing maths physics and chemistry at school however my real passion is in music. I was wondering what unis would offer a course that combines engineering/ physics and music. I know Surrey do the tonmeister degree but where else could I apply?

Use the ucas course finder. It's brilliant. Has every course in the UK on there.

Most unis have quite large Orchestras which you can join, there are also a few acoustic engineering courses out there, Southampton seems to have Acoustics and Music which seems more up your alley.
