For Maths, I would just recommend doing questions, questions, questions, questions... I couldn't emphasis it enough!

For biology, read through your notes and textbook to make sure that you understand remember everything. Later on, go through past papers and mark schemes, because the questions for biology can be vague.
For chemistry, a mix of reading through notes and doing past paper questions.
For maths, lots of past paper/textbook questions.

Honestly, doing past papers and learning off the mark schemes really helps because it moulds you into answering the way your exam board wants you to

I'm also doing it at the moment. It's a heavy book, but very good - "Economics" by Alain Anderton (it's the 'third edition' one, with a red/orangey and weird building-esque things on the front cover).
They're £2.99 on Amazon (plus £2.80 postage)! I've taken a copy from my college library today, and ordered my own copy this evening. It's brilliant, simple, yet very detailed - in a very easy to understand way!
Though, it's about an inch thick, and very wide. There's a hell of a lot in there, but it is excellent!
