Want to get into medical industry (everyone can contribute to this question)

Hi,

I'm making this thread so I know what to work towards in the future, and have more ideas.

Currently I'm in my 2nd year of BSc (Hons) Computer Science. Still have to finish this year, do a year in industry and then another year at university.

After I would like to do a master's degree with something medical related. It's my dream to apply the computer science and programming skills I have gained through years of hard work (self study from age 9, college, and university) and apply them to something which can help the world, NHS etc...

Aside from me sitting at home trying to invent an idea of my whiteboard, somehow fund the project and then also somehow manage to approach the NHS to sell it to them how can I succeed this goal?

Help everyone with any idea can post and help me fulfill my dream, thank you!

Not a single person in 17 hours has been able to provide any advice, even negative?
Get an entry level job in the NHS that uses your degree. Build up your knowledge of how the NHS works and who has money for development.

Then find someone within the NHS who is interested.
