    Hello all

I am sort of new to this, so I will try and keep this as short and to-the-point as I can.

I finished my A Levels in 2008, then I did what a lot of 18 year olds do and went to university. I successfully completed an Economics degree in 2011, then went straight into a PGCE in Mathematics in 2012. I have been a Mathematics teacher ever since, until I decided to leave my position in December 2014. The reasons for this don't matter too much right now and I don't want to put anyone of the profession - it just isn't right for me at the moment.

What I want to know is whether anyone has any careers advice for me? I am not interested in a sales role and do not think I would be cut out for finance. The problem I am having is that Iam passionate about education but I do not know how to be in the industry without being a teacher!

    Any suggestions are greatly appreciated

You could try applying for jobs with exam boards or education publishers.
