Applying To Do Economics As A MATURE Student? watch

    • Thread Starter

I'm planning on applying to do Economics/possibly E & M at Oxford as a mature student in a few years' time. I did A levels but no GCSEs (long story), but that was years and years ago so I'd need to do more before applying.

If I want a realistic shot at universities like Cambridge/LSE/UCL for Economics, should I do 10-11 GCSEs like most prospective applicants, in additional to a new full set of A-levels?

I'm aware pretty much everyone who applies and is "normal age" will have loads of A*s/As at GCSE as well as A*/As at A level. So should I also do some GCSEs before applying?
