So what exactly are these people meant to do? Disappear into thin air?

Put them in special built shelter units.
Feeding and giving them money and letting them sleep on the pavement is backwards and inhumane

I disagree. Hollyoaks ought to be nuked from orbit. It's the only way. Same for every soap opera come to think of it.

Already are, except on race tracks. What about race tracks - can they be an exception?

    (Original post by Blue_Mason)
    Rough sleepers …
I've done that when I couldn't get home because my car got towed (wrongly, actually). I had no alternative because of circumstance.

    … and beggars
Fair enough. That should have been stopped in the 80s and 90s when it really started taking off in London. Loads of people were predicting it would result in a return to Victorian conditions of people managing women with babies to beg professionally. We didn't expect the buggers to come all they way from Eastern Europe to do it though.

    Certain religious attire
    Like what?

    (Original post by Blue_Mason)
    Human charity stands
I don't mind passive, quiet collecting (which is legal) but I can't stand the chuggers and I'd like them banned please.

    (Original post by Blue_Mason)
    Provocative clothing
Like a "Still Hate Thatcher" t-shirt? Nah, don't like this one.

    (Original post by Blue_Mason)
    Cheap alcohol
Then I'll just make my own - oh, I already do!

    Totally agree with public smoking!
People who constantly come up to you asking to sign up to a charity. Everyday on my way to uni I go through a shopping center and have at least one person stare at me to try to figure out if I'm old enough for them to ask to sign up for it. Luckily I look young so a lot of times they avoid me

I feel your pain with that one.
For example, the people next door to us are jehovahs witnesses. No offence to them, but they go round knocking on doors getting people to convert to their religion.
If people want to convert, then they will convert. They dont need people going round knocking on doors to make people do so.
