    I done that experiment today
Don't think it's best to tell you what's on it but just a tip: it isn't difficult so you shouldn't stress atall about it.
Quantitatives are meant to be the easiest for biology i've heard
Focus on the evaluative more as it's harder and higher marks

dont worry the biology is easy

just relax and dont rush it, this is where you can pick up marks easily the qualitative will likely be your best isa mark

Hey tomorrow I answer the questions that go with the experiment- one of the questions is " Describe the effect of changing tempreture on the concentration of beetroot on the concentration of betalain obtained in the tubes."

You must have done this question if you did the experiment so what did you write for it? As it's just describing do you simply say "the higher the temperature the higher the concentration of betalain obtained in the tubes" Oh and my teacher said say something about how the curve is not linear but curved but I dont know how to bring that in. But do I explain why this is the case like say the phospholipids have more kinietic energy which makes membrane more permeable and fluid?

I have mine next Wednesday, can anyone tell me the questions on the paper?

Also, how did you find it compared to the qualitative paper?

http://www.thestudentroom.co.uk/show...1#post53233951 all you need is on here, if you require any more help just pm me

Both are easy if you know what you're doing, but people tend to find qualitative more easier mainly because it doesnt involve numbers and graphs

Has anyone done the evaluative paper for this experiment? Could you tell me what was on the paper if you have?
