What body fat % am I and how much time will I need to lose all this fat? watch

    I am 19,I know I have put on a lot of fat but I am ready to do anything required to get rid of it. Please advise me on which programs I should try and how much time it will take me to get results.

    you need to cut the carbs and do a mix of high intensity cardio and strength training to shred all that fat.

    I wouldn't try to guess exactly but I think 25-27 is considerably too low a guess

    Not got anything to do with carbs. Carbs are an essential part of what your body needs to function. His problem is just eating too much overall, he may or may not each too much (many?) carbs.

    Whenever someone is overweight the first thing that people say is cut out the carbs. But when you ask the question, how did this person get in this state in the first place, I could bet money that said person didn't eat a significant amount of carbs anyway!

    OP if you want to have an action-man body, prepare your own meals i.e remove processed junk, drink lots of water and decrease the amount of meat and fat you eat as they contain the most calories. In addition, get sufficient bouts of sleep each night consistently.
