And I think it's causing a problem in my relationship.
If someone, my boyfriend, for example, does something or says something to offend me, I find it very hard to say right away that he's wrong or that I'm mad. I dunno why I have this problem, but I know it's wrong.

I'll sometimes not even think about it until the next day or something, and then he'll just be able to know because I'll be pulling a face (without even realising) and then I'll just make hints or comments.

Sometimes I'll just keep it inside for ages then burst into tears and tell him. If one of his friends did or said something, I find it impossible to tell him.

I dunno why, but I always worry that I am going to look mean/I'm over-reacting, etc. and that it's not worth saying anything, even if I don't feel happy.

Does anyone else feel like this? My boyfriend and I have argued over it a few times and I'd like to resolve it. Thanks

just be open, don't be insecure. he's your boyfriend
