    I really need some help quickly about my coursework.
    I am investigating whether processed fruit juice or fresh fruit juice contains the most ascorbic acid. And i have used the potassium iodate titration method to determine the concentrations of vitamin c.
    These are my results for fresh orange juice:

    Initial Volume 8.60 5.40 2.80
    Final Volume 36.10 33.00 30.30
    Titre 27.50 27.60 27.50

    Mean = 27.53 cm3

    I don't know what graphs to draw though!?!?!?
    someone mentioned a calibration curve but i don't know what that is! please can someone help me!
