    Hi

I am new to all this, i have bene awarded an amount by saas for dsa.
However if i get the laptop with the assitive software that i need, the vat is only 4%. So this means that it will be cheaper than the amount awarded to me - even when I have upgraded the laptop (which i am prepared to pay extra for). What happens to the money that has been saved - do i return this to saas?

They do it a little differently with SFE but erm I guess you could just keep it and spend it on stuff you need to cope with your disability, books etc and keep the receipts to show that the money wasn't used in terms of fraud?
