    I ended up missing my 9:30AM exam due to a migraine. What should i do would the uni let me "resit" it or will i just fail the module.

    The first thing to do is contact them sharpish and tell them you are having a migraine attack. Contacting them while the exam is still in progress will help your case.

    Go to mitigation and explain the situation ASAP. Most likely, you will need to obtain a doctors letter to say you've had a migraine during the period of the exam and you will have to give it to mitigation for evidence of extenuating circumstances. Then touch wood, you can sit it again sometime in the summer. If you do not take action, it will be regarded as non submission and you will fail the module and most likely the whole year.
