    I self-taught myself the 7 IGCSEs I took in November and got 2A*s, 1A, 3Bs and a C. I'm currently taking 3 more GCSEs at a school and am predicted A*s in all of them. The Bs and C I got were in the sciences and maths, and I plan to do History and Politics at Oxford, but have I just ruined all of my chances?

    Edit: I'm re-taking maths and hope to get an A/A* this time, so I think I still have a chance

    I think the likes of Oxbridge require a minimum B in english and maths.

    Do they? I thought they had no actual requirements for GCSE, just the unspoken ones;;;
