    hello
I want to teach maths at a secondary school and know i can do a course that takes 3 year for secondary maths however i'm not sure whether to do a maths degree and then a year of teacher training. I was also wondering if there was any way to do sixth form teaching without a maths degree?
and does anyone teaching mathematics who is unable to teach sixth form regret that decision?
    thanks!!

Your degree doesn't need to be maths but it needs to have a high maths content. If you were asking whether you can get away without having a degree at all, the answer is unlikely at that level.
