so it seems that unis want to sort out DBS and health checks around june/july - what should i do if I am away from june-august?

is the deadline usually pretty late like 1st september?

You'd have to check with your specific uni. They might do some preliminary checks (such as getting the DBS done and sending a health questionaire) but they usually don't do the bulk of it until term starts so they can do all vaccinations etc as a year group.

Had three interviews now, waiting for the outcomes is just so tedious and nerve wracking!

it can do but universities don't tend to have admissions working on weekends so chances of them giving you an offer is pretty low!

you can receive an offer on Friday and have track update on Saturday or something though
