There are a number of factors involved in med school admissions, check out the medicine wiki for a guide.

To apply for a graduate entry programme you need to make sure that they will accept a biology degree, some unis require a life sciences degree, some require a significant chemistry component and some will accept any subject. Most require at least a 2.1. There are a couple that accept a 2.2 (these usually also require the GAMSAT), but you are still in with a better chance if you get a 2.1 or a 1st as graduate entry is highly competitive. Some graduate programs will also look at your A-levels, especially if your degree did not have enough of a chemistry component.

You will also need plenty of relevant work experience, and to take the relevant entry exams for the unis you apply to (UKCAT, BMAT or GAMSAT).
