Hi all, I am wondering how I go about answering these Q's?
Preferably walking me through the answers would be nice! Thank you!

First question k:

First equation: x^2 + y^2 = 20

Second equation: y = x - 2

Sub x - 2 for y in the first equation. Collect like terms and factorise. You should get two x values. These are your x coordinates. Sub each x coordinate into the second equation to get the corresponding y coordinates

Sub the second equation into the first, expand the braclets, simply and then factorise to get x. Then take those x values to work out y.
