My daughter has an unconditional offer for ntu which she really would like to go to but she doesn't want to put pressure on herself to achieve her results to reach the conditions of her offer even though she is already half way there to achieving what they are.

How can I overcome the decision if possible so she can get an unconditional and go to the uni she loves. Please ntu re-consider and help....lol

Hi, should the first unconditional in your post be conditional?

If your daughter is still studying for a-levels (or any other level 3 qualification), it's unlikely she'll be given an unconditional offer. Most unis only give these to students who already have their grades. A few now give them out to students still studying for A-levels, but but most don't.

It's very unlikely she'll be given an unconditional offer at this stage, and there's no point contacting the university about it.

If she misses her conditions slightly, she may still get in on results day at the unis discretion. Does she think she won't achieve her offer?

If she really can't cope with this level of pressure (which nearly all applicants have to go through) how will she cope at uni?

Your daughter should be using this as a means of motivation. It should be the reason as to why she wants to work-hard and end up in Nottingham Trent University.

I've also applied to Nottingham Trent University, but haven't heard anything from them yet. However, if I receive an offer that'll be one of the main reasons as to why I'll be working hard.

Please don't see it as a negative, but much rather something positive.
