I suck at managing my time while answering papers. Can anyone tell me how long I'm supposed to take while answering a 10 mark, 4 mark and 8 mark question in a theoretical subject?

You would have to provide more information. It would depend on the exam duration of the theoretical subject, let's assume the exam is an hour long. You could simply divide the exam duration by the number of marks and have done with it, and that would be around 2.7 minutes per mark, but I don't believe it's as simple as that. I would factor in the time it takes to read and plan an answer as well; personally I would spend around 25 minutes on the 10 mark question (5 minutes planning), 20 minutes on the 8 mark question (5 minutes planning) and 15 minutes on the 4 mark question (5 minutes planning).

Obviously, this could all depend on the difficulty of each question as well, but I hope this has helped.

(Exam length - 10 minutes for skimming the paper and planning - 10 minutes checking) / Total available marks
