    Hi guys,

I contacted the admissions office for eu students and I was told that I had to take the IELTS exam to satisfy the English language requirements ,so far so good, but today I received the offer letter from the university and it was unconditional , does that mean I don't need to take the exam? thanks in advance

    .........
It means you need to ask the university! They clearly have either changed their minds or have had an administrative oversight somewhere. only they know which and can sort it out and give you a definitive answer.

    I have another question

I've got an offer which is my firm choice but I want to be sure in case sth happens to secure another place. If I accept the conditional offer which is my 2nd choice and I decide to go to my firm can I cancel/withdraw the second offer.

    thanks in advance.

Yes, you can reject an offer you have previously accepted (assuming you are talking about postgrad offers)
