Talking xxx with your partner about her ex's.
Is it okay even though both couples enjoy it. We also have respect for each other and when one thinks it's getting to personal/giving to much infomation. We respect the others wishes. We still continue to make love and leave the fantasy out of our passion.

I would advise against knowing about a partner's love life, especially if they are particularly traumatized by it...
One would think that this couple have allready convayed to each other about any thing praticularly sensitive / or if there had been an previouce reltioshinp and dicussing the past would avoid traumatic outcome.
