Been with my company 1 year, and my pay review is coming up soon

How big a raise on my 28k should I expect?

An inflationary raise only? Couple of grand? 5 grand?

What an impossible question to answer in actual values.

The only correct answer is: 'As little as they think they can get away with'.

£3-4k normally. Has your performance been good? If so then more.

I'd say I'm performing "at expectations", rather than below or above. £4k would be amazing !

Yeah, but you'll need to negotiate, as Reue says, they'll want to give you as little as possible. So start your negotiation position at £35-36k

I find it extremely unlikely most jobs would offer a 10-15% pay rise in 1 year. OP hasnt said what sector they're in but common consensus between people I know and various online forums seems to suggest most jobs only offer around inflation % rises.. if that.

    I work in hospitality

How much % would an inflationary rise be these days?
