I'm in year 12 (5th year) and I'm doing my Gcses I a few months. I'm trying to decide whether I want to go to uni after sixth year! I still don't know if I want to do nursing or engineering but I honestly don't know what classes in uni are like and whether it's worth all the money! Cam someone please help? I mean I've heard u just sit and listen to someone talk and you are expected to write down your own notes etc which worries me because I can't do That. Someone help!

You do sit and listen and make notes =P That's what a lecture is =P but it isn't that bad because they put all the slides up online anyway so you can go through afterwards =)

Well yeah you are expected to sit and listen and taking notes is slightly less vital than it was you'll often get either hand outs so you can follow the lecture and/or the notes will be available on the web so your notes won't have to be as extensive as you think just if you have to clarify or if you do a lab or observe something like a video or something at least it was like that for me.
