Hi! I was just wondering that if I get about 2 or 3 marks less to get an A or a B, does Edexcel add 2 or 3 marks to help me get one grade above? Thanks

Unfortunately not I know someone that, on three ocasions, has missed modular A grades by 4 marks or less.

If they did that for everyone, then people who get 2 or 3 marks added would benefit and those with 4 marks would not, causing them to complain and so on. Marks are already scaled before putting grade boundaries in, but unless they change the A-level system to give point scores instead of a 5 level pass, a high B is the same as a low B.

Maybe grades sould be a percentage, not a letter?
