    I don't get how to do the second part of this question
    The minimum spanning tree you have drawn for 3(a)(iii) contains all of the edges that need to be considered. From the initial point, choose each edge in the minimum spanning tree (already obtained) in order of weight. The last edge chosen in each case is the answer.
