How is it like to work in a business. If you start in the lowest position (office job) then can you get promoted if you work hard? And do most business jobs have perks other than money?

Yeah you would generally get promoted as you become more experienced and gain relevant qualifications, some would argue you shouldn't work too hard as if you're seen as good at that position they may not promote you as you're more valuable where you are. Some may give perks like a company car, travel allowance, medical insurance and extra holidays.

What do you do in a business job? Is it normally like working 9-5, doing the same thing over and over till you get promoted? Or is it different everyday?

It depends on the business. Some will be repetitive, others will involve adapting work to client's needs or the situation at hand.
