I've just joined a new school and they're already choosing their work experience placements, whereas I've never even thought about what I want to do when I leave education.
My options that I chose are Business Studies, Child Development, History & French (including the compulsory subjects).
I wanted to go into something like counselling but within a school, or working in as a prison therapist (I already know that no prison can accept work experience), but I have NO IDEA who I could go to.

Ideas would be much appreciated! PLEASE! xD
    Thankyou.

    Hiya,
I was in a similar situation last year in year 10 as I would like to go into engineering and most places you have to be 16. I would say from my experience that although it is an advantage to get work experience in an area you might want to go into it isn't necessary- as in year 10 it is really just an opportunity to get some experience of the world of work. So don't worry too much

Try a school then? Lots of primary schools allow work experience
