I'm under 18, so nhs cover dentist appointments, went for routine 6 month visit few weeks back dentist said teeth were bad and next time if they were still bad I wiu,d have to start going to a hygienist and pay for it. Since I've been brishing twice every day, but I've got some white stuff between all the bottom teeth, what should I do, how to remove it, is it tartar and also my next appointment is in a few months and also i need to have clean teeth next time I go? Cheers.

Your dentist should do a scale and Polish as part of your nhs treatment. Next time you go tell her/him that under band 1 nhs charges he/she is meant to perform cleanings if they deem it necessary.
