I watched the first episode of Wolf Hall and I really liked it. But I was wondering if it could be regarded as a reliable source. What do you think?

I think the books are based on mostly historical fact although the show is a dramatisation so there may be some unreliable sources (although I haven't noted any from the first episode) I agree that it's really good though!

A great deal of publicity has been given to the authenticity of the setting and costumes, and it is filmed in the places where the events happened wherever they still exist in a usable state, but other than that, it can only ever be a work of fiction based on the interpretation of historical fact.
