So last year work commitments got the better of me towards the end of the course, and I chose to quit it and retake

Does anyone know if I will be penalised if re-use the TMAs I already completed? The TMA brief is exactly the same. It feels a bit like cheating, but then again I've already gone and done all the work.

Depends on the course I suppose and if the TMA questions are the same. But generally you can't reuse TMAs (might flag up in plagiarism software) but if you wanted to use scores from first time did you not defer module with assessment banking?

Unless you got 100% I can't see why you'd want to. Use your tutor's comments to improve your work and resubmit a better copy.
