Locked my finger in my car door - no keys!

Hi,
I was getting out of the passenger side of my car ( I was cleaning it), and pushed the lock down on the door. The wind then blew the car door shut, and I managed to get one finger caught in it. Unfortunately my keys are sitting on the drivers seat.
No-one is around, and im stuck out here in the freezing cold. Anyone have any ideas as to what I should do? It isnt that sore, as I can wiggle my finger a bit, my knuckle just gets caught and wont fit through the gap.
I've tried lubricating the gap with whats left of my five alive carton, but alas, no use.

EDIT: I'm currently stuck in the forest. There's no phone signal or anything =(.

I think there is no hope for you ...coz no one will find you now, if you want to survive for a day longer just start eating your arm off and then kill yourself by self strangaltion and tell us how it was from your phone that can access internet when there is no signal.

Peace friend
